NCISA exists to represent its members and all Norwich City fans.
We are a democratically elected group of fans and have elections from our members each year onto the committee.
Current subscriptions are £2 from now until 31st August 2010.
Our committee and in particular John Tilson (chairman) and Kathy Blake (secretary are happy to talk to fans or those from the media at all times.
